If your porch is under 3m² in floor area and not within 2 metres of any boundary that fronts a highway, you don't need planning permission. If it is larger than 3m² it may need approval. If that's the case, we'll take care of any building regulations and planning requirements.
Porch doors are fitted with the latest secure multi-locking system featuring three steel hook bolts, an anti-tampering, lever-resistant handle and a 3-star cylinder lock that's anti-bump, anti-pick, anti-drill and anti-plug extraction.
Built to the highest quality standards, with foundations to a depth of at least 650mm and a thick damp-proof membrane, steps, plastering, lighting and power points if you need them.
